How do I join Precise Telecom?
You simply sign up with us, either online or by calling our sales line 08451 80 80 12. We'll write to you to confirm the date of the switch, and you should be on one of our call plans within 14 working days. You don't have to contact your current supplier to cancel; we do it for you.
How long is the cooling off period?
As discussed in the Terms and Conditions, the period of ten (10) Days from the Start Date of the Contract during which you may cancel. The Start Date is the date upon which you either sign a Contract or if you have ordered the Services over the telephone or via the internet, the date upon which you set up your Contract.

What is the set up fee?
This is a one off payment. The set up fee which shows on your first bill, is a fee that is charged to all Precise Telecom customers. This fee covers the cost of the transfer and administration costs and is charged at £39.99.
Will I still receive a line rental bill from BT or other service provider?
Yes. You will still receive a bill from BT or other service provider for line rental, if you have chosen not to use Precise Telecom for your line rental and for any other services or calls you make which are not routed through your Precise Telecom Broadband and phone calls package.
How do I sign up for Email Billing?
If you would like to sign up for Email Billing, simply contact us on 08451 80 80 12 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Am I charged for paper billing?
There is a £1.99 per month charge for paper billing. Although, online account management is easy and your bill will be e-mailed to you each month.
Can I choose between paper/online billing?
Yes, you can cancel your paper bills and receive your bills via email. If you prefer to keep receiving paper bills after this, there's a £1.99 per month charge.
How and when do I pay?
All Precise Telecom customers must pay by Direct Debit or recurring Credit/Debit Card payment. All call charges and charges for your call plan will be deducted from your account on a monthly basis.
How do I change my calling plan?
Existing Precise Telecom customers can switch to another call plan or add services like broadband simply call Customer Service on 08451 80 80 12.
